However, it will not accurately reflect your natural hormone production or fluctuations, since these methods suppress or alter your body’s own hormone levels.

What the DUTCH test can still provide while on birth control:
- Cortisol and stress response patterns
- Melatonin levels

When to test for the most accurate results:
